Intuitive Healing Sessions

These sessions are created for us to sink a little deeper, hold some intentional space for your healing work to take us where we need to go. During the sessions I will draw on my skills of bodywork, energy work, breathwork as well as my traditional practice of ancestral healing gifts. Guided by my intuition, my Tūpuna- ancestors, as well as your individual energy/body/spirit and the intention we set together during our consultation.
Your sessions may include hands on massage, light/gentle or deeper pressure, talking/discussions, pressure point/energy point activation, energy work, spirit work, guided meditation, breathwork, sound/chants/karakia etc, the use of stones/ crystals/ shells and ongoing ‘homework’ to guide you after the session. This is not always a ‘full body massage’ though it can include massage where required. We will of course discuss what is and isn’t comfortable for you personally before moving forward together.
These sessions are not for a specific time frame, they take as long as they take, between 1-4 hours so when booking, you should understand this and ensure you clear the day and make it very clear if you have some kind of external deadline we need to be aware of.

A time limited session of 120 minutes, a little more time to sink in deeper into your healing, while still having a time cap if you have other things on and need to have a specific finish time. Still not always a full body massage, but plenty of time to acknowledge the full body. Great for taking intentional steps on your healing journey while still being able to fit this into your week in a more controlled/scheduled way

A 30 minute timed session focused on both physical and energetic release points in the body, the pressure can be deep, disruptive pressure, or lighter, acknowledging pressure depending on what suits the client, with the same level of energy work to help shift the tension in the body and support the emotional and energetic directional shifts that are often required for big healing and pattern breaking. We will work together in the areas of concern and where intuition guides us. This is not a full body massage and you can remain fully or partially dressed for these sessions if preferred as we aren’t sweeping along the body with warm coconut oil as in our traditional lomi lomi sessions. Booking time includes consultation/ discussions so time on the table is adjusted accordingly
